Favorite Account Board Filter

In the account board, if you have the favorites column visible, you will see the heart button appear when in the All tab. This is existing functionality.

If you click on that heart, it will cycle from “no favorites filter” > “show favorites” > “show not favorites”.

The button will be 'checked' i.e. color background for show favorites/ not favorites indicating that a filter is being applied. Additionally, the title bar description will add the words “ : Favorites” or “ : Not Favorites” depending on the filter.

The “not favorites” filter will paint an X over the heart to even further verify the filter that is applied.

Forward compatibility: old version to new version should hold the favorite button state and apply the “favorites” filter.

Backward compatibility: if a user sets a “not favorites” filter and then rolls back to an older version, the older version will just display as if it were a “favorites” filter, since that old version does not know how to filter “not favorites”.
