Certification

Build and test against the Simulator (wss://wss-sim.t4login.com/v2). Certification is required before you receive Live credentials.

Email [email protected] with a clear description of what your application does (markets, order types, expected volume, whether it routes orders or is market-data only).

1. Review — support assesses your application and whether exchange involvement is needed.
2. Exchange certification — depending on the exchange and application type, you may need to complete the exchange's own certification.
3. Application form — once reviews are done, you are sent the API application form.
4. Setup — after the form is returned, support walks you through Live setup and issues credentials.

• Reconnect and re-subscribe automatically (including across the weekly maintenance window).
• Send heartbeats every 20s; handle server disconnects cleanly.
• Parse Price / Decimal as native decimals, and handle decimal order volumes.
• Handle order rejects and OrderUpdate FAILED states, not just the happy path.
• Subscribe to an account and receive account, position and order updates.
• Submit, revise and pull orders.
