User Reports
Once on the individual user screen, various detailed reports are available for review.
Display Orders
- Orders – Displays all orders for the user.
- Fills – Displays all fills for the user.
- Leg Fills – Displays fills from spreads for the user.
- Order Performance – Displays speed from submission to exchange.
View Order Activity
- Day – Orders, buys, sells, pit buys, and pit sells for the day.
- Month – Orders, buys, sells, pit buys, and pit sells for the month.
- Market Day – Order activity by market for the day.
- Market Month – Order activity by market for the month.
- Market Year – Order activity by market for the year.
View User Activity
Shows the number of sessions by platform for the selected month.
View Sessions
Displays every login, login attempt, and any potential connection issues a user might have.
View User Billing Data
Displays billing details for the user, including market data subscriptions and exchange access.
View User PC Usage
Shows which PC(s) the user logged in from and how many days each was used.
Get Risk Details
All of these displays download a '.CSV' file for viewing.
- Risk Details – Displays risk parameters associated with the user.
- Exchange Logins – Displays individual Exchange Login IDs tied to the user.
- CME Tag 50 – Displays CME Tag 50s (Operator IDs) associated with the user.
- Last Login Times – Displays user's last login timestamps.
- User Roles – Displays user roles and who granted them.
- User Applications – Displays enabled applications for all firm users.
- User Market Data – Displays market data subscriptions for all firm users.
Get Exchange Access Report
All of these displays download a '.CSV' file for viewing.
- Exchange Access Report – Displays “Could Access / Did Access” for a specific user.
- Exchange Access Summary – Displays“Could Access / Did Access” for all firm users.
Get ICE Usage
- ICE Usage – Downloads a CSV of ICE usage for the user.
Get User History
- User History – Downloads a CSV showing user session activity for the selected year, including failed login attempts.
Get the Updates Made by User
- User Updates – Downloads a CSV of updates made by the user in the selected year, including timestamp, acting user, target user, market data, SMPID, and other details.
Get User Settings
Allows access to previously saved user layouts. The most recent layout is typically the desired one.
