 +After logging in to the portal, select “Users” from the left-hand menu. Select “Create a New User” on the top of the Users page.

 +You’ll be prompted to enter some initial details:  
 +
 +**1. New User**: Enter a unique login name (at least 6 characters). This cannot be changed once created.
 +  
 +**2. Firm**: Select the firm the user will belong to.  
 +
 +**3. Copy from User**: (Optional) Enter an existing user to copy setup settings from.  
 +
 +**4. Copy Accounts**: (Optional) Check this box to copy the account list from the user above.

 +After clicking save, you will be sent to the page where you create the user’s details.
 +
 +**Select one of the following user types:**  
 +
 +  * Non-Professional Trader  
 +
 +  * Professional Trader  
 +
 +  * Financial Professional  
 +
 +  * Order Desk  
 +
 +  * Wallboard  
 +
 +  * ATS (Non-Display or Display)  
 +
 +  * Sub-Vendor  
 +
 +**Contact Information and Billing Reference**:  
 +Enter a billing reference if required. This will appear on invoices. Fill out the required user details:  
 +
 +  * First Name / Last Name  
 +
 +  * Company  
 +
 +  * Country  
 +
 +  * State  
 +
 +  * City  
 +
 +  * ZIP  
 +
 +  * Phone  
 +
 +  * Email  
 +
 +  * Message to show on login (optional)  
 +
 +**Enable User**: Check this to activate the login.  
 +
 +**Password / Retype Password**: Set and confirm the password.
 +  
 +**Change Password Required**: Force the user to reset their password at first login.  
 +
 +**Password Never Expires**: Optional setting for permanent passwords.
 +  
 +**Unlock User**: Used if a user was locked due to failed login attempts.  
 +
 +**4. Assigning Accounts**  
 +Click the “here” link in the “Accounts” section to assign accounts.  
 +Options:  
 +* **All Accounts**: User sees all accounts (Admin/RiskManager only).  
 +* **Hide –IMP Accounts**: Restricts access to internal or hidden accounts.

 +**5. Assign Roles**
 +Click the “here” link in the “Roles / Permissions” section to assign user roles (e.g., Administrator, Trader, Risk Manager).  
 +Also set:  
 +* **Auto-Pull Offsetting Orders**: Enable/disable if the user’s frontend supports auto-offset.

 +**6. Assign Applications**
 +Click the “here” link in the “Applications” section to assign accessible platforms

 +**7. Market Data & Exchange Setup**
 +
 +Complete the Exchange and Market Data section:  
 +
 +  * CME Market Data Netting: (Greyed out—Contact CTS to modify)  
 + 
 +  * ICE/Euronext Market Data Account: Optional—fill if provided by the firm  
 +
 +  * Parent Account (optional): Used for grouping or billing under a main account  
 + 
 +  * Market Data Type: Select Internal or External  
 +
 +  * User Has Signed MDLA: Must be Yes for real-time data  
 +
 +Use the provided “here” links to:

 +  * Assign Exchange Logins
 +
 +  * Select Market Data Entitlements

 +4. Location of Primary Login user

 +5. The exchanges Self Match Prevention ID

 +6. The type of market data associated with the user

 +7. Shows MFID codes

 +Clicking on any of the subcontracts will lead to a page like this:  
 +This is where the information can be edited. “Save For All” applies the settings to all other subcontracts associated with the exchange.
