Market if Touched

A Market if Touched (MIT) order is a conditional order that becomes a market order when a specified price level is reached. For a buy MIT, the order triggers when the price falls to the set level; for a sell MIT, it triggers when the price rises to the target. It's used to enter trades at more favorable prices, aiming to buy low or sell high.

Submitting a MIT Order

On the Trade Ladder, click on the SL dropdown and select Market if Touched.

To go long, select the desired price below the last traded price, and the order will trigger into a market order whenever it reaches that price.

To go short, select the desired price above the last traded price, and the order will trigger into a market order whenever it reaches that price.
